If you are referring to a trailer fender that is 32" long x 10.75" wide x 16.25" tall then the best option we have is the Single Axle Trailer Fender part # HP29VR which is 32" long x 10.75" wide x 15.25" tall. This fender is made of 16 gauge steel right here in the U.S.A. It is designed for 14-15" diameter wheels but can be adjusted for different sizes. It will be the closest option we have to what you are looking for.
I have attached a review video for you as well.
