When removing damaged motor, pin from top had been sheared off when damaged what do I need to replace this when ordering new part?

It sounds like you just need the Lippert Kwikee Cotter and Clevis Pin # LC379178 along with the Replacement Motor # LC379147 that you referenced. If this is not what you are referring to please let me know and I will look into this further.
This particular motor is Kwikee part 1101428 and is used on new IMGL steps that were manufactured after October 2005. It features waterproof wiring and connectors to prevent shorts and corrosion over time.
