Hello - Im looking for a cargo basket for my 2016 Nissan Pathfinder with raised factory side rails. Im thinking of getting the MPG202 crossbars with the TH859XT-8591XT basket. Any reason these items would not work on this vehicle together? Any advantage to getting the MPG216 over the MPG202? Is the 216 theoretically quieter? Thanks!

Aero shaped crossbars are definitely quieter than square bars so if you are wanting a quieter ride quality the aero shaped Malone roof rack part # MPG216 which is a confirmed fit for the raised roof rails of your 2016 Nissan Pathfinder would be the way to go over the # MPG202.
With this rack installed you could then use the Thule cargo basket part # TH859XT-8591XT that you mentioned.
