Is the Tall Rectangle Submersible LED Trailer Tail Light # STL56RB Over 80 Approved

Question:
In the write up about the STL56RB it says for trailers over 80inch wide but then it says for trailers under 80inch wide. So are these legal to run with a trailer over 80? Thanks

The description is actually in correct where it says it is for an over 80 application. It is only for under 80 applications so it would not be legal for an over 80 trailer.
An over 80 tail light will have a wrap around design, like # ST27RPG, so it is visible from the rear and side.
