The Valterra Electrical Cable Hatch - Black # A10-2140BKVP referenced in your question is designed for RVs that have a 2-13/16 inch diameter hatch cutout. We do not have any cable hatches available that are designed to fit a smaller cutout. It has an overall diameter of 4-5/16 inches and a depth of 2-5/16 inches. It is also available in White # A10-2140VP and Colonial White # A10-2141VP.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this part that you can also take a look at. Installation tape and mounting hardware are included.
