Progressive dynamics 4100 DC wiring. With a 35 amp output, what gage wire is appropriate? 10 awg? 8awg?

According to Progressive Dynamics, with the 35 amp Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center with AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger # PD4135K you will need 8 gauge wire.
