Thanks for your photo. Based on the picture and a little research we don't have any custom fit options, so I recommend going with more of a universal fit option. I recommend the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 72" Wide # 13703 which will either bolt or weld to your vehicle frame. I've attached some photo measurements to help with the fit.

For a stronger hitch which may be a more difficult install in your case you can use the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver - 18"-51" Wide # C13702 or for 2 inches more drop from the frame, you can use # C13701. These are both rated for 5,000 lbs towing or 6,000 lbs when you use a weight distribution system as well.
