What Caused Bolts to Shear Off Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System

The bottom mounting bolts have sheared off. Would to tight of a back up turn be the cause? This was professionally installed. Hard to get hold of them with both of us keeping the same hours.

The Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System # FA94-00-1061 that you have installed does allow for you to backup the trailer with the system hooked up, but you still want to try and avoid turning too much while backing up and staying as straight as possible. Backing up while making a tight turn like what you described is most likely what caused the mounting bolts to shear off on the bracket.
For a replacement bracket assembly you can use # EQ95-01-5600.
