Can a slide cover be installed on a slide that has an electric awning installed?

As long as the mounting hardware or mechanisms of your electric awning do not physically interfere with the Slide-Topper operation, there isn't any particular reason why you couldn't install one on your slide-out. There a few possible styles/positions of electric awnings that are used on slide-outs, so you will just want to compare where our Slide-Toppers install to the mounting location of your awning.
I have attached an image of a Slide-Topper installed and a complete installation video so you can see exactly where this will take up space on your trailer.
The Solera 5.5' Slide-Topper # LCV000168104 that you were looking at is designed for box widths of 56 inches to 61-3/4 inches. A box width is measured on the outside front of your box, including the flange. I have included the written installation instructions that you can refer to as well.
