Am I correct that for a 2016 subaru outback the Thule Stacker 830 is the way to go to carry 3 kayaks, 10 feet in length? Does it come with enough straps or does something else need to be ordered along with it? And how about air noise when you travel? Ive found that when I place one kayak on my roof rack it makes a very loud noise when I get to 40 mph. Thank you.

The Thule Stacker part # TH830 does fit the factory crossbars of your 2016 Subaru Outback Wagon and will work great to carry 3 10-foot long kayaks.
You'd need two additional sets of the Thule Quick Draw Tie-Down Ropes w/ Ratchets and Strap Loops # TH855XT since the Stacker only comes with one set.
Anything on the roof of a vehicle is going to add wind noise. Three kayaks will make a noticeable amount of noise regardless of how you carry them.
