I have a Frontier Sport Rack and need replacement key, The lock is engraved R063 do you have the replacement.

Is it possible that due to wear and age the lock may have read N063 at some point? The reason I bring it up is because while we do not carry a replacement for a lock with number R063, but if it was N063 there is a replacement, part # THKEYN063.
