Troubleshooting No Power To Screen On a Voyager WiSight 2.0 Wireless Camera System

Question:

Have power to the monitor but the screen does not light up. It was working fine until yesterday. Thanks Voyager, wisight 2.0

I just want to verify you have checked there is power at the connector going into the screen on your Voyager WiSight 2.0 Wireless Backup Camera System # ASA37YR. If you are only checking power at the 12 volt accessory plug you may have either a bad fuse inside the 12 volt plug on the harness or a damaged connector.

With power going into the monitor and still no power to the screen the monitor will be damaged internally. In that instance you will need a replacement 7" Monitor # ASA27FR or 4.3" Monitor # ASA87FR. Both monitors will include new power cables as well as they are different between the monitor sizes in the event you want the different size.

If you are within the 1-year manufacturer warranty do be sure to contact Voyager about getting a replacement under warranty.
