  You will need to look at the lock cylinder and there should be a number etched into the metal there. That is the key number you will need to order the correct key. Most likely the number will start with the letter N or E and then have three numbers that follow it. For example if the cylinder had N152 on it you would want Replacement SportRack Key # THKEYN152.   The Thule/SportRack Replacement Roof Rack Key, part # THKEYN137, will not fit your Frontier rack lock. My contact at SportRack advised that they do not show the lock code you provided, R152, as valid for a Frontier roof rack. All of the lock references they show for a Frontier rack start with the letter N or the letter E (at least since the time Thule acquired SportRack a few years back).   The Thule Keys with the R are definitely old, but the good news is that the New N-series keys will work. You will want the Replacement Key for Thule and Sportrack Racks and Carriers # THKEYN123.
