If by RV you are referring to a motorhome then yes, you can use the Swagman Titan 2 Bike Carrier # S63400 with your motorhome. The Titan has a built-in cable lock. To add an anti-rattle hitch lock to this bike rack you need the # S64029.

Some people do refer to their trailer as an RV (usually bigger trailers). If this is the case then you will need to use a bike rack that has been tested and approved for the extra movement and stress that is at the rear of a trailer.

For a similarly priced bike rack I recommend the Curt # C18085 which has been tested and approved for use on the back of a trailer. To add security to this bike rack you would need the # 63232 if you have a 2" hitch or the # e98879 if you have a 1-1/4" hitch and then the cable lock # e98891.
