Yes, I checked with Optronics and the Mini Sealed LED Horizontal-Vertical Marker/Clearance Light # MCL14AGB that you referenced uses the same trim pieces or mounting brackets as the # MCL13A2B that you referenced.
For a black snap on ring the part # A13B2B would fit.
