Can Trailer Valet XL Tow Dolly Move Trailer Up Incline

Question:
I am looking for a dolly to help park my boat in the garage, but my driveway, which is about 20 feet long, is at a 5 degree incline from the street. Id, honestly, just maneuver with the truck, but the street is narrow and people park on the street making it virtually impossible to back the boat up from the street all the way. Hooking up to a dolly after getting it started up the incline would be a huge help, but Im concerned about the incline. Will the TrailerValetXL work?

The Trailer Valet XL part # TVXL2 that you referenced can handle small inclines pretty well. If you check out the review video at the 2:30 mark you'll see the dolly being used to push a trailer up a pretty decent incline.
