Question:
I plugged our trailor into my 2016 caravan. Running lights dont work. Signal and break lights work. Running lights were working befor so I assume it is a fuse. I cant locate where the fuse for that is in my fuse box under hood. Not sure 8f you cannhelp but I thought I would ask.

The only fuses that look like they might be related to your trailer running lights are M14 (Trailer Tow) and M17 (Left Tail/License/Park Lamp, Running Lamps). These will be located in the fuse box under your hood.
It could also be that you have a short somewhere. Check the connector on your 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan and your trailer as well as the grounds for both. If those are all clean and free of corrosion then your next best bet is to check the wiring itself. Look for places where the wiring is damaged or bent and replace as necessary.
