There really isn't a perfect answer as to how often you should flush out your tanks. It really depends on how often you use them and how often you dump. Some people don't even have a flush system like the RhinoFLEX Rhino Blaster # CAM39080 on their RV so it just gets flushed and cleaned really well when they start to notice a smell or they have made up their own schedule based on how often they use their RV.
If you want to flush it out every time you dump then that would definitely keep your tanks clean and clear but you might find a better schedule that you want to stick to. Sorry there isn't a set schedule, every RVer is different in how often they use it and how often they dump their tanks. I would advise you to rinse it every time you dump though since you are a fulltime RVer.
