Will Pop & Lock Power Lock Conversion Kit Replace A Lock Actuator

Question:
I have a Leer XQ topper with the factory power lock. Can I use this to replace the lock actuator or can I just purchase the actuator by itself?

The Pop & Lock Power Lock Conversion Kit for Truck Caps and Hard Tonneau Covers # PAL9772 works with your vehicle's existing power door lock. It does not replace the lock actuator. This product wires in to your door locks to make your topper's lock powered, if your topper had a manual lock.
I recommend contacting your vehicle's manufacturer or Leer XQ to see if you can be provided with a lock actuator.
