Is it Possible to Freewheel the Trailer Valet Trailer Jack # STC-V211

Question:

With the handle in the down position the brake is on and when the handle is up the brake is off, right? So can the handle be locked in the up position without holding it so the trailer can free wheel?

When the handle of the Trailer Valet part # STC-V211 is lowered the brakes automatically apply. If you wanted to freewheel the trailer though you can lock the handle in the up position and you'll be able to move it freely.
