Can BOLT Brand Hitch Lock be Re-Keyed to New Vehicle

Can the lock be rekeyed when I switch trucks? If so how? Thanks

The keyed-alike BOLT hitch locks like the # BL7032290 that you referenced can only be keyed one time. If you switch vehicles you'll have to go with a new lock. I attached a review video for this lock setup for you to check out as well.
