Draw Tite 6715 Spare tire carrier. Can you give me the measurement from the horizontal bar to center line of the tire please??

On the Draw-Tite Universal Spare Tire Carrier # 6715 the distance from the top of the horizontal shank (which fits into your 2-inch hitch receiver opening) up to the center of the spare tire mounting plate is 17-1/2-inches, according to my contact at Draw-Tite. This dimension is shown in the linked photo that I prepared for you.
