Can B&W Patriot Fifth Wheel Hitch be Used with Reese Revolution Pin Box

I am new to owning a camper. Ill be purchasing a newer camper and fifth wheel hitch this weekend. The hitch is a B and W 16k Patriot hitch. Im buying a newer camper that already has the Reese Revolution pin box installed. Are these compatible together or do I need a new hitch? If the hitch and pin box are compatible, I will also need a new set of rails for my 2006 Ford f250 6.5 foot box. Can you point me in the right direction?

The B and W Patriot fifth wheel hitch is compatible with the Reese Revolution pin boxes. All you really need is the right wedge part # SWW-06 and you'd be set. This allows the head of the hitch to fit the Revolution perfectly.
Then for a set of fifth wheel rails for the bed of your 2006 Ford F-250 the B and W rail kit part # BWRVK2400 would be a great custom fit option confirmed as a fit. Custom fit rail kits are the way to go over universal ones that will require a bit more install time and drilling.
