For the Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144 the silver self-tapping screws are 0.15 inches in diameter at the threads. Since they are self-tapping a hole is not required but if you wanted to first drill a pilot hole I would go with a 1/16 inch.
The black screws are 3/16 and the nuts that go with them are the same.
The holes in the bracket have a diameter of 0.2 inches. All measurements were taken using digital calipers.
