What Does 3 Inch High Profile Bracket Refer to with Dexter Torflex Lift Kits

I am considering putting K71-707-02 Torflex Lift Kit - Tandem Axle - 2-5/8inch Lift on my 5th wheel camper What is a 3inch high profile brackets?

The Dexter Torflex Lift Kit # K71-707-02 referenced in your question is designed for the #10 Torflex axle with a 2,300 to 4,000 pound capacity. As you mentioned, the lift kit cannot be used with Torflex axles that use a 3 inch high profile bracket. This is the bracket that attaches the axle to the frame of your trailer. If yours is taller than 3 inches, the lift kit cannot be used. All of the Torflex Lift Kits we have available have this same requirement.

I too have a #10 Dexter torsion flex axels and want to install a lift kit. Could you explain what the 3” high profile bracket is. Possibly a diagram and what to look for. Thanks
