Im mounting to the step of a Ford 8N tractor. Item # CARR 1025211. How much does it stick out from the mounting hardware. Too much and it will hit my rear tire.

If you were to install the CARR Hoop II steps # CARR102521-1 on your 2010 GMC Sierra they would stick out 8-5/8 inches from where they are installed.
