Question:
Hello, I have a question about a product. Part number 38656 trailer junction box. I do not like the way the wiring connection between the 8 foot 7 way connector is wired to the trailer wiring wire nuts crammed into a small box and would like to rewire it. Is this the box to use? It seems to be, but would like a confirmation on that. I just want a better and more secure connection. Thank You

The junction box # 38656 is for exactly what you're trying to do. It makes the wiring look a lot cleaner and keeps the connections out of the way. You also need some ring terminals to make the connections. I've linked our selection so you can choose the size you need.
Another option we carry is part # HS381-9000 that includes the junction box with a 7-way and all the ring terminals you need.
