I interested of buying the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack - Aero Crossbars - Raised, Factory Side,will this fit on my mazda cx5 2018?i have already installed the side bar all i need now is cross bar.

The Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack # MPG215 will only fit a 2018 Mazda CX-5 that has raised side rails; from your photo it does not appear your CX-5 has those, unless you were talking about those side rails when you mentioned you have already installed the side bar.
Otherwise, if you do have a naked roof, the most economical roof rack option for your '18 CX-5 is from Inno and consists of the Square Crossbars # INB137, Feet for Crossbars # INSUT and Custom Fit Kit # INK497.
