Hi, Can this wheel be balanced from the center hole or will it need to be lug centric balanced?

The Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel # AM20551 is lug-centric, as are the majority of trailer wheels. This means your tires will need to be balanced at a tire shop that has a pin plate adapter.
