If all the other functions for the 7-Way on your 2015 Ford F-250 are working correctly, but you aren't receiving any power at the 12V pin, then I recommend checking for any missing or damaged fuses on the truck. I took a look at the online owner's manual for your F-250 and found that there should be a 25 amp cartridge fuse located in the #90 position inside the engine compartment power distribution box. This particular fuse is for trailer battery charge/12V power. Make sure this fuse is present and in good condition.
If the fuses and relays look good, then I also recommend making sure the main harness ground for the 7-Way is securely attached to a clean bare metal surface that is free of any dirt or corrosion. You can also check the 7-Way connector to make sure there isn't any debris built up around the 12V pin (1 o'clock).
If you are still having trouble, please let me know and I will be happy to look into this further.
