I have a 2016 crew cab GMC canyon with a trifold cover back flip does the adarac aluminum works or the Aluminum Pro series. Thanks

The Adarac Pro Series Tonneau Cover part # A4000950 which is a confirmed fit for your 2016 GMC Canyon is compatible with tonneau covers that install between the bed rails as this rack attaches to the top of the bed rails.
I am not totally sure which BAKFlip tonneau you have, but the MX4 part # BAK48125 which fits the 6 foot version of your bed would work with the ladder rack.
