Question:

My ladies bike upper bar does not hang properly on these racks. I understand from reading reviews that there is an adjustment bar that will correct the hang of the bike when its on the rack. How does that work and what should I look for? What is the additional cost for the adjustment bar? My husbands bike works on the rack we have for our other car, so I assume his will work fine on this rack for the Outback we now have...

This adapter clamps to your handlebar mount and your seat post to create a top frame rail for level transport. I've attached a video that shows this fit.
