The VINs for the EZ Loader Boat Trailers usually start either with 1ZE or 1L8. I was unable to obtain any information from EZ Loader based on the number you provided in your question.

The most accurate method for determining the replacement bearings you need for the trailer is to simply pull the hubs and check for the bearing numbers. These numbers should be stamped right inside the bearings themselves. If you are unable to read the numbers, you can also take a few measurements along the trailer spindle where the bearings sit. I recommend using a digital caliper like # PTW80157, as the measurements need to be exact. I have attached an image that shows you where the measurements will be taken.
