Fitting SportRack Cargo Net on the Kuat Mini Skinny Roof Top Cargo Basket

Question:
Looking at this for a Kuat Skinny mini. Are the hooks large enough to go around the large outer tube of the rack? They just dont look that big.

The hooks on the Yakima Stretch Net, part # Y07018, might fit over the large outside bars of your Kuat Mini Skinny MSR1B. If they don't, you can instead just hook it to the smaller bars that run across the basket and it'll fit just fine.
