The Replacement Ratcheting Wheel Strap for Thule Sidearm Roof Mounted Bike Carrier # 853-7006 is only designed for wheel widths 20mm to 2.6" MTB. There is not a replacement strap for that bike rack that will fit a 3 inch tire as the rack was never intended for fat bike tires. If you just need an extension for your current strap, the Replacement Fattie Wheel Strap Extension for RockyMounts - Qty 1 # RKY1239 is a popular option.
