1st. etrailer has been very good at carrying products I need and are quick to ship. I purchased the Rocky Mounts bike rack two years ago. I purchased this Rock Mounts bike rack two years ago. Over all I'm pleased, it is rock solid and it carry's our two eBikes well. We needed the extra strap to go around the wide tires on my wife's bike. I'm disappointed with Rocky Mounts because it looks like they ran out of screws and ran to the hardware store to buy cheap screws. I say that because only some of them have been rusting, but others are fine. Just disappointing, and I'd think twice about buying another rack.
Why does eTrailer always have the exact part I need? Really! They've never let me down with either parts or expert info - most recently on a hitch mount bike rack for my fat bike - the rack actually accommodates the big wheels perfectly. Communications with eTrailer is great. I always know what's going on with my orders. Highly recommended.
