Are Plastic Bracket Covers Included with Westin PRO TRAXX Oval Nerf Bars # 21-23560

Do Westin step bars- 21-23560 come with covers for going over the mounting brackets? I thought there was some plastic covers shown in a video, but the pictures Ive seen dont show them.

The Westin PRO TRAXX Oval Nerf Bars # 21-23560 referenced in your question does include 6 plastic bracket covers with the installation hardware. These will cover the mounting brackets used to attach the running boards to the vehicle. I have attached an image of the complete hardware set for this assembly so you can see the included covers.
I have also attached the written installation instructions for the Nerf Bars that you can check out.
