Thanks, Jamison. Is there another quality hitch and sway bar system that you would recommend that is less expensive?

I looked up your Heartland North Trail 28 RKDS and it has a GVWR of a 8,600 lbs and an unloaded tongue weight of 499 lbs. Which means when loaded you'd be looking at about 600-700 lbs of tongue weight. This is important as the tongue weight of the trailer is the key figure used for picking out the properly rated weight distribution system. You should also note that this figure includes any weight behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle.
For a Blue Ox weight distrubtion system with sway contrl that would be rated for your trailer and would work well you'd want the part # BXW0750 which has a tongue weight range of 500-750 lbs. You'll want a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball too so for that you'd want the part # 19286.
