when these mirrors are installed are they parallel to the ground or do they angle up like cheap competitors 2006 Chevy Silverado

The K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors - Electric/Heat # KS62075-76GE are a well made mirror. I've attached a photo to show you how they look when mounted. They angle up ever so slightly as they follow the same angle as the factory mirrors.
