Question:
I had a 2004 Sienna. The hitch had barely any ground clearance. Now I have a 2016 Sienna LE FWD. What class three hitch will give the most ground clearance? Tired of the hitch scrapping driveways, etc.

We do have a nice selection of Class III trailer hitches available that are confirmed to fit your 2016 Toyota Sienna. All of the hitches will mount to the same existing holes on the Sienna's frame, so the ground clearance measurements between the models aren't going to differ much. Looking at the hitch designs, your best best is with the Draw-Tite Class III # 76112, as it features a smaller distance between the frame brackets and the bottom of the receiver. The receiver is going to sit directly beneath the rear bumper on your vehicle.
We have not had a chance to install this on your 2016 model Sienna, so I don't have an exact ground clearance measurement available, however we have installed this on both the 2015 and 2017 model. With the hitch installed on either of these model year Sienna's, we measured a distance of right at 12 inches from the ground to the top of the receiver, so it will likely be similar on your 2016 model.
This Class III hitch will be a complete bolt-on installation without the need for any drilling. Just note that some underbody panels or fascia will need to be temporarily loosened/removed and the exhaust will need to be temporarily lowered.
I have attached an installation video on the 2017 model Sienna that you can use for reference, along with the written instructions.
