Thank you for the help. It lists the width of the ladder as 12", is that center to center on the uprights or total width to the outside of the uprights?

For your 2004 Tiffin Allegro Bus, I recommend using the Stromberg Carlson RV Exterior Ladder part # LA-401 for silver or part # LA-401BA for black. This ladder measures to be 99-12" tall x 12" wide but can be trimmed to fit the length you need. It has a hinge for contoured exteriors and a 250 lbs weight capacity. This is currently the best fit ladder we have for you at this time.

The 12" width of the Stromberg Carlson RV Exterior Ladder part # LA-401 for silver or part # LA-401BA for black is measured from the outside edge of each upright. The inside edge to inside edge measurement is 11" wide.
