What is the recommended torque spec on this wheel and tire combo?

The Provider ST235/85R16 Radial Tire with 16" Viking Aluminum Wheel # A16RGBML is compatible with either 1/2"-20 or 9/16"-18 wheel bolts, the recommended torque specification will depend on which of these two your hub uses. The tire, however, is not a factor.
Torque 1/2"-20 lug nuts like # LHLR103, to 90-100 ft-lbs.
Torque 9/16"-18 lug nuts like # LHLR110, to 120-140 ft-lbs.
