Van-style vehicles like the Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey do sit fairly low in the rear end. By the time you add the presence of a trailer hitch, load some cargo and passengers, and apply the hitched trailer's tongue weight (TW) to the hitch ball you can absolutely find yourself looking for some extra support for the rear suspension.
The linked page shows you the options for your 2014 Sienna 2WD and these include both air bag kits # AL60732 and # F4155 and a rubber jounce spring kit from Timbren, part # TTORSEN04.
This kit is a confirmed fit on your Sienna but the installation is fairly involved and is recommended for experienced professionals.
But the two air bag kits from AirLift and Firestone are much easier to install. These air bags install inside your rear coil springs and deliver up to 1000-lbs of load support. These kits will give enough support to your rear suspension to help compensate for the passenger/cargo load and the TW from the pop-up camper trailer. I recommend the USA-made Firestone kit # F4155 which comes complete with everything needed for installation and manual inflation. An install video is linked for you.
If you want to get the most out of the air bags you might consider adding a compressor that allows you to adjust bag pressure from the comfort of the driver's seat. This lets you really dial-in the pressure to suit your specific load and it eliminates the need to pull into a gas station (and pay $) to air up the bags.
For this air bag setup you do not need a heavy-duty compressor so Standard-Duty Compressor kit # F2158 will work great and let you get the most out of your Sienna's enhanced suspension.
