Does Thule UpRide Roof Bike Rack Fit Factory Crossbars of 2013 Subaru Outback Wagon

Question:
I have a 2013 Outback. Standard roof rack. Aero shaped crossbars. No t-track. Will the UpRide still attach? If so, will everything I need be included in the box?

I checked with Thule and the Thule Upride Bike Rack part # TH599000 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for the factory crossbars of your 2013 Subaru Outback Wagon and comes with everything needed to install.
