Where Do Safety Cables Attach on Roadmaster EZ Base Plate Kit for 2007 Mazda MX-5

Question:

Im looking to put an EZ2 on my 2007 Mazda Miata and dont see where the safety cabes attach to the base plate. Is there something else I need, or am I missing something on the base plate?

I attached a picture that shows where to attach the safety cables when installing the Roadmaster EZ Base Plate kit part # 52728-1. Here's the text too though.

Attach the ends of the 8” safety cables to the front holes in the cable
mounting tabs located on the inside of the receiver braces with the included
cable connectors (Fig.X). Connect the other end to the tow vehicle's safety
cables and tow bar.
