Question:

Will a Thule hullivator work with my 2015 Audi Q5 factory cross bars. If not, what kayak rack do you reccomend for 14’ Sea kayak solo install.

I do have an option for you but the Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier part # TH898 will not work with the factory crossbars you have on your 2015 Audi Q5 due to the lack of overhang. Instead, I recommend using the Malone DownLoader Kayak Carrier part # MPG114MD with the TelosXL Load Assist part # MPG351XL. The combination of this j-style carrier with the load assist will easily allow you to load your 14' long kayak on the roof of your Q5 with only one person.

As long as you kayak does not weigh more than 75 lbs then this option will be perfect for you. It will attach to the factory crossbars on your vehicle and provide you with all of the necessary tie-downs and straps needed.
