We may have a lift kit available that will work on your Dexter axle, however the P15 SLR information you found refers to general information about where the axle was made. If you can locate a serial number or any other model information on the axle tag, I will be happy to confirm a specific kit if one is available.
If the axle is a standard 3 inch round unit, and the leaf springs are currently installed below the axle, you can use the Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-385-00. This kit will let you move the leaf springs to above the axle, lifting the trailer by the height of the spring stack and axle diameter. I have attached the installation instructions so you can see exactly how it works.
Another option to lift the trailer is to remove your existing hangers and replace them with longer ones. I have attached a link that will take you directly to our available selection of hangers that you can look through if you decide to go with this route.
