Recommended Tailgate Assist for a 3 Foot Tall Tailgate

Question:
Looking for a trailer ramp lift assist . My trailer only has 3ft tall ramp but very heavy all square tubing frame . Anything work on 3ft height ?

The only tailgate assist we have that will work with a trailer that has a 3' or 36" tall tailgate is the Gorilla-Lift Utility Trailer Tailgate Lift Assist part # GL1. However, since the product is designed to be used with tailgate from 4' to 6' tall, you will need to make some adjustments to the springs until you have the correct amount of tension. I called my contact at Gorilla Lift to confirm this.
