high, Im looking for a 1 1/4 inch ball mount, that is straight, no rise, no , is this available?

The closest ball mount we have to a zero inch rise for a 1-1/4 inch hitch is the Draw Tite part # 36051 which has a 5/8 inch rise.
For a 2 inch ball you'd need part # 19258 or for a 1-7/8 inch ball part # 19256.
