tell what is the best add on mirror system compling to all state laws and is best for 95 gmc 2500 HD towing a 28 foot air stream

I have a few choices in towing mirrors for your 1995 GMC 2500 HD towing a 28 foot Airstream trailer.

The CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors, part # 10201, and part # 10202, would be a good choice. These mirrors will slide over your existing mirrors and install without any tools. They are fully adjustable and do not obstruct your existing mirrors.

The CIPA Deluxe Door Mount Mirror, part # 11650, that you have referenced is also a good choice. It is a universal mount mirror and can mount on either the drivers side or the passenger side. It attaches at the bottom of the door and at the top of the door, between the window and the top of the door. It is a very simple installation.

Both of these mirrors should work within your state laws, but you will want to check with your local DMV office to be sure.
